YieldCove

Disclaimer

Last updated: July 26, 2026

Please read this carefully. By using YieldCove — including the tracker, calculator, watchlist, and the Signals feed — you acknowledge and accept everything below.

1. Not financial advice

YieldCove is an information and education tool. Nothing on this site or in the app — including the Signals feed, calculator outputs, analytics, articles, or any communication from us — is financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and none of it is a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, option, or other financial instrument. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, or financial planner.

2. You are responsible for your own decisions

All trading and investment decisions you make are entirely your own. You should do your own research and consult a licensed financial professional who understands your personal situation before acting on anything you see here. You alone bear full responsibility for any trade you place and any outcome that follows.

3. Options trading involves substantial risk

Options and the wheel strategy (cash-secured puts and covered calls) carry a real and substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every investor. You can lose part or all of your capital. Selling puts can obligate you to buy shares that have fallen sharply in value; covered calls cap your upside and still leave you exposed to a stock's decline. Leverage, assignment, early exercise, and fast-moving markets can all amplify losses. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

4. No guarantee of results — past performance

Any returns, yields, annualized figures, win rates, or example numbers shown in the app, the calculator, the guide, or the Signals feed are illustrative or historical only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not promise, guarantee, or even suggest that you will earn income or avoid losses. Hypothetical and illustrative results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading.

5. About the Signals feed

Signals are structured trade ideas shared for informational and educational purposes only. They are not personalized to you, your portfolio, your risk tolerance, or your objectives, and they are not a recommendation to act. Market conditions, pricing, and timing change constantly — a signal may be stale, unsuitable, or unprofitable by the time you see it. Treat every signal as a starting point for your own analysis, never as instructions.

6. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate

Quotes, prices, charts, and other market data are provided by third parties, may be delayed, and may contain errors or omissions. Calculations such as returns, breakevens, Greeks, and probabilities rely on inputs and models that are approximations. Do not rely on any figure in the app for an actual trade without independently verifying it with your broker.

7. Tool only — we do not handle your money

YieldCove is a tracking and analysis tool. We are not a broker; we do not execute trades and we never hold or move your funds. If you choose to connect a brokerage, the connection is strictly read-only (provided by SnapTrade): we can see holdings, transactions and dividends to keep your ledger current, but we cannot place orders, transfer money, or see your brokerage credentials. Any positions recorded in YieldCove are for your own bookkeeping and may differ from your broker's official records.

8. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YieldCove and its operators are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or any information it contains.

9. Your jurisdiction

Availability, taxation, and the legality of options trading vary by country and region. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of YieldCove and any trades you make comply with the laws and regulations that apply to you.
