Terms of Service the rules we both keep.

YieldCove is a tool for tracking the options wheel strategy (cash-secured puts and covered calls) and a long-term investment portfolio, with a calculator, trade journal, watchlist, an earnings calendar, and optional read-only brokerage sync (via SnapTrade) that records trades and dividends automatically. These features are free. A paid subscription unlocks the Signals feed, the Wheel Academy, the members-only community, and premium research content.

YieldCove, including the Signals feed, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

The YieldCove PRO subscription is US$9.99/month or US$79.00/year. Members who have paid for PRO at the founding price of US$4.99/month or US$49.99/year keep it for life, including after switching between monthly and yearly billing or resubscribing. The founding price is not offered to new members. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Coaching is an optional, separate 1:1 service with Eddie, YieldCove's founder. The Chat plan is US$89/month (a private written thread with Eddie). The Private 1:1 plan is US$999/month (4 video sessions per billing month plus everything in Chat). Both plans include the paid membership described above; if you already pay for that membership, its renewal is stopped so you are not billed twice.

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe, starting the day you subscribe; there is no free or introductory period. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; coaching continues until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial months.

Sessions are allotted per billing month and do not roll over. You can reschedule or cancel a session up to 24 hours before it starts; later cancellations and missed sessions count as used. Sessions cancelled by the coach do not count.

Coaching is education about process, risk management and the use of YieldCove. It is not personalized investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not portfolio management: Eddie never trades for you or tells you what to buy or sell, and you make and remain responsible for all of your decisions. No result is guaranteed.

Your conversations, check-ins, session notes and files are private between you and Eddie and are kept with your account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age in your jurisdiction.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, scrape or resell content, or use the Signals feed to operate a competing distribution service. Signals are licensed for your personal use only.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YieldCove is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
