These terms govern your use of YieldCove. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
YieldCove is a tool for tracking the options wheel strategy (cash-secured puts and covered calls) and a long-term investment portfolio, with a calculator, trade journal, watchlist, an earnings calendar, and optional read-only brokerage sync (via SnapTrade) that records trades and dividends automatically. These features are free. A paid subscription unlocks the Signals feed, the Wheel Academy, the members-only community, and premium research content.
2. Not financial advice
YieldCove, including the Signals feed, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
3. Subscriptions & billing
The Signals subscription is US$4.99/month or US$49.99/year. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, scrape or resell content, or use the Signals feed to operate a competing distribution service. Signals are licensed for your personal use only.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YieldCove is not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
