Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data YieldCove collects and how it is used. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service.
1. What we collect
Account data (email, optional name); the trading data you enter (positions, journal, watchlist, capital settings); if you choose to connect a brokerage, read-only holdings, transaction and dividend data received through SnapTrade (we never see or store your brokerage credentials); subscription/billing metadata from Stripe (we never store full card numbers); and basic technical/usage data.
2. How we use it
To provide and secure the service, calculate your dashboard and analytics, process subscriptions, send in-app notifications, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Processors we use
Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payments), Vercel (application hosting), Financial Modeling Prep (market quotes), and SnapTrade (optional read-only brokerage connections). Each processes data only to provide their service.
4. International transfers
Our infrastructure may process data in the United States and other regions. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location (including the EU/EEA under GDPR), you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. You can delete your account, which removes your associated data, or contact us to exercise these rights.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your associated data is removed, subject to records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.
