Account data (email, optional name); the trading data you enter (positions, journal, watchlist, capital settings); if you choose to connect a brokerage, read-only holdings, transaction and dividend data received through SnapTrade (we never see or store your brokerage credentials); subscription/billing metadata from Stripe (we never store full card numbers); and basic technical/usage data.

To provide and secure the service, calculate your dashboard and analytics, process subscriptions, send in-app notifications, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payments), Vercel (application hosting), Financial Modeling Prep (market quotes), and SnapTrade (optional read-only brokerage connections). Each processes data only to provide their service. Only if you accept them: Google Analytics 4 (visit measurement, Google) and Meta Pixel (ad measurement, Meta Platforms). See section 6.

Our infrastructure may process data in the United States and other regions. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards. Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel, if you accept them, send data to the United States, where privacy rules may differ from those of Quebec and Canada.

Depending on your location (including the EU/EEA under GDPR), you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. You can delete your account, which removes your associated data, or contact us to exercise these rights.

Essential cookies keep you signed in, protect the service and remember your choice. They are always on.

Optional tools run only after you accept them. When they are active, a notice asks you first, with Accept and Refuse side by side and a choice for each purpose. If no notice appears, they are not active on the site. They never run in our mobile apps or on signed-in pages, except for one sign-up event if you accepted them.

Google Analytics 4 measures visits: pages viewed, language, referring site, device and browser type, approximate location and sign-ups. Purpose: to understand which content is useful. Its cookies (_ga) last at most 13 months, and Google keeps the event data for at most 14 months.

Meta Pixel measures our ads: pages viewed and sign-ups, along with your IP address, browser details and cookies (_fbp, 90 days). Purpose: to learn whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits and sign-ups. Meta applies its own retention rules and may link this data to your Meta account.

We send neither tool your name, your email or your trading data. To withdraw or change your consent at any time, use the Cookie preferences link in the footer: the tools stop and their cookies are removed. Refusing changes nothing in the service.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your associated data is removed, subject to records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.
