Wheel seller takeaways

A 6.82% weekly decline in the VIX coexisted with 20%–40% moves in several tracked growth stocks. Index volatility therefore does not replace single-name event risk. An educational wheel review compares a current option chain and live bid-ask spreads, keeps the full cash obligation visible, and separates the August 10 ASTS/RKLB earnings window, the August 11 CRWV window and the August 12 NBIS window. Option premium is quoted per share; one standard contract represents 100 shares.

June job openings were little changed at 7.4 million, while second-quarter nonfarm productivity rose at a 1.4% annualized rate and unit labour costs increased 1.3%. These readings, the July employment report and next week's inflation data give context to the drop in Treasury yields, but they do not make the experience uniform across sectors or individual holdings.
